Contracted to The Blood Donor Center at Tripler to provide education and marketing for potential blood donors, schedule blood drives and develop plans to maintain or increase blood donation in the aftermath of military deployments. Developed numerous publications, flyers and brochures to educate the military about the blood. Constructed a web-based blood drive calendar, a blood drive scheduling tool, a unit and donor recognition system and a relational database supporting these web-based systems for The Blood Donor Center at Tripler. Contracted to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. Restructured current classified agency website through the reorganization of data within current DBMS. Repaired existing website functionality. Added lightweight internet-friendly tools. Gave the site a more professional, cosmetically appealing and functional front-end. In all, published 213 pages of various content for the agency's SIPRNET website. Restructured current Sybase database for the migration to Oracle.
